Any Idea to understand and debug/fix  what's wrong ?

Please go to Admin -> Event Viewer and paste any error messages you see that could be related to the above errors.

 Here the log fro Test installation. The proble i sthe on production installation io have deleted logs due "...\Cache\... Access Denied" issue but i think that the issue is the same.

 

Ok, i have see that one file is missing (i don't understand why but.. ) and now ? how can i "re run" failed upgrade steps ?

 I have partially resolved the issue and report the solution here.

After resolved the missing file as specified in log entry, i have delete 2 last records from Version table (the ones of 5.3.0 and 5.3.1 upgrade).

Rerun  /Install/Install.aspx?mode=upgrade and 4 of 5 issues was resolved !

was now correct ! Messaging is now enable and user profile modified with new functionality (photo etc.)

Remain to understand only this one
