I have installed DNN 4 on a Windows SBS 2003 using SQL Server 2000 and IIS 6.0.  I setup a database in SQL, and configured IIS as the instructions said.  I also modified the web.config file.  I've checked and double checked all of the settings and they look correct, but when I try to go to the installation site I get Page Cannot be displayed.  I am not getting any error messages.  What am I doing wrong?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind.  I got it.  I had to go into IIS, Web Service Extensions and Allow ASP .NET v2.0.
