Hello,

I just migrated from 4.9.5 to 5.3.1 without any problem (good work guys, thanks !!!).

But today, I tried to create a parent portal (I tried several times, with several different install), NO SUCCESS.
It creates the parent portal, but I obtain an ERROR just after the creation. The website is not accessible.
Sorry, I forget to check the log file, so I do not know the content of the error exactly, but just wanted to let you know.

So, I roll back to 4.9.5, I created my parent portal with success, and then I upgraded to 5.3.1 without any problem.
Have a nice day, if you need other informations, I will try to answer.

I understand. But it should be easy to understand and to reproduce, just try in 5.3.1 to add a parent portal ?? DV FX PS: I am not in favor of login this to Gemini, since I am against the new politics of making 5.x to be paid for a full version... :-(

Declic, I am sorry, but I just tested creation of a second parent portal in DNN 5.3.1 and had no issues during creation (besides sending email in my test environment). The parent portal was created and I could login w/o issues. Maybe you've had a typo in Name server entry, hoead header value for the IIS web site or DNN portal alias?
