Bruce, you are correct.  However, the same type of select can provided for the forum post, not just blogs posts.  If you need help with such a select, I can provide.

As for the dnnforums.com -- looks as if there is an upgrade issue with the Telerik dll.

Paul.

Thanks, Paul.

I had my query all ready to go, but I was unsure about how to compose the url to link to the forum post.  I had been searching for some clues for that.  After I posted my message here I decided that trial and error would have to do.  So I looked at the format of the url from inside the forum page and managed to figure out something that worked.  The final missing piece was the tabid, which I looked up from the DNN page/tab data.  I now have a module that shows the most recent post titles with author and date and a link to the forum page for it.

I'd still like to see if there are other or better ways to compose the url.  I hope the Telerik error gets cleared up so I can check out dnnforums.

Thanks again.

Bruce

I am in the middle of a server move and also just did the dnn.com upgrade here (which had some side issues) and now things are starting to settle. Making dnnforums.com available by the end of my day today will be a priority for me (on the new server). Sorry for the issues guys.

I am trying to register on www.dnnforums.com to download the latest forum posts module but the site keeps timing out every time I click the register link. If someone already has it can they email it to me?  admin AT wodnews .net

thank you!
