I understand that this has been covered in detail several times, but there must be something that I'm completely missing.

I'm working on a Beta project of converting our current website over to DNN and part of this is a forum integration.  I have built out a shell of a forum and am unable to get the following actions to show for any user other than admin/host

- My Settings
- My Posts
- New Thread

Along with any other post actions such as reply.

I have attempted to add roles individually to the edit permissions as well as leaving it set as (None Specified)

I have stripped the container for the forum down to nothing but the basics with no [TITLE] or any unnecessary tags.  I do see the moderate, search and forum home buttons however.

Any input would be greatly appreciated as I have been reviewing and searching for this for quite some time before actually posting.

Thank you in advance :)

You need the module action buttons. This comes from the solpart menu or module action drop down as part of your container or this will not work. You need to make sure authorized view and edit perms are clear in the edit forum settings. The module settings need to have Registered users w/ edit rights to the module.

I missed the assinging registered users edit to the actual Module...I was reading all of the previous and I thought it was edit permissions to the actual forums/groups.

That did the trick....Thank you
