Tim this is something that has been changed in DNN 3.2.4 (being tested atm) and it resolves the confusion/interpretation of what a *copy* function should do.

What you've been doing is using the module that has the same information throughout the portal, whereas if you wan to use the structure and modify - you need to click *export* on the module settings. Then on the new page, you add that same module - (text html for an example) and the use the Import function, bring the exported content into the module and continue editing independently.

This has changed though and when using the copy function on the pages now, you have a choice to copy the modules, and whether or not it will be referenced.

Doesn't help you and me, and many others who found out the hard way and I thought I was going crazy when I would change one thing on one page, and then it would be gone on another.. but it's all about interpretation, and now it's been simplified in future builds.

Aah did you know that 3.1.1 is one of our most stable builds - alot of time was spent in making it so and this element of copying/mirror was really more like an enhancement, since it appeared to be subjective really and based around interpretation.

So when the guys made the changes/developments, they took it one step further and will allows you select modules from a particular page, and through checkboxes you select the modules, the type of copying - eg.. the module with no content, module with content and module with content but not to be referenced. I was impressed they took it one step further.

And I'm glad you're enjoying some of the skins I've done - I've got lots more up my sleeve, but really have had to focus on my clients for a while and new staff, and of course, answering the forums.. but you're very welcome!
