Hi, Dose any one know how to add DNN as a master copy on Team Foundation Server, so my co-developers can creat new projects from that copy and work on them on TFS?!

I don't recommend putting DNN itself into TFS. I always train people that each developer should have their own install/database and use the WAP (web application project) model for doing Module Development. You can check these individual WAP projects into TFS easily for multideveloper scenarios
