Hey People.

I am trying to figure out why the DNN survey modules works with one site but not with another on the same instance of DNN.

I can create the survey add questions everything works fine but I cant submit survey.

Please have a look and let me know if you have any ideas.

I think the problem is that there are JavaScript error on the page:

When all JavaScript error on the page are fixed the Survey module should work. I do not believe that the Survey module is causing the errors.

Ok I have deleted the CATALOOK elements in that page and that seems to be what is stopping the survey module from working.
