I am working on some code for copying/merging permissions between modules.  Here it is for those who need it (and myself when I forget it).

This assumes that you have defined iCopyToModuleID and iCopyFromModuleID previously

    Dim infoCopyFromModule As ModuleInfo = ctlModule.GetModule(iCopyFromModuleID)

                    Dim infoCopyToModule As ModuleInfo = ctlModule.GetModule(iCopyToModuleID)
                    infoCopyToModule.InheritViewPermissions = infoCopyFromModule.InheritViewPermissions()

                    ' Are we merging or overwriting?
                    If cbMerge.Checked = True Then
                        ' We are going to merge permissions so remove any duplicates so we don't get exceptions
                        For Each infoPerm As ModulePermissionInfo In infoCopyFromModule.ModulePermissions
