Please check that your client can access this file on your site - http://www.stalterigroup.com/DesktopM... - if not, that is your problem. If they can, you will need to get someone to investigate on one of the machines where it doesn't work. Use Firebug in Firefox or press F12 if in IE8.

She can access that file and I have also asked to clear her cache.  Any other ideas?  Could it be something to do with the skin container?

I'm afraid I have no other bright ideas..... You could try getting her to view the page source (Right click on page, View Source), then mail me the contents. No promises though. Your best bet as I stated before is to get someone with css expertise to sit by her and use IE Developer tools to try and identify the problem.
