 Hi all,

I'm using this module as as a registration form on my site.  Works great.  My one problem is that I swear I remember being able to set up some text that appears after the form information is submitted.  I also remember seeing that the user could be redirected to another page after submitting.  I can't find those setting anywhere.  Did I make that up?

Thanks!
Patrick

Figured it out: The "Form Settings" group is only available when the Appearance attribute is set to "Form."  I had it sent to "Form above list," which is why I couldn't see the confirmation message and redirect options.

Has anyone figured out how to set the redirect under 'Form Settings' when the appearance is 'Form below List'? (FnL v5.1.3)

I don't understand why you can't redirect to another page when the appearance is both the form and list. The two seem unrelated.

Thanks!

Is it really unrelated?
I created "Form below List" for setups like comments or guest books, and I thought  redirection would be totally useless in that case and removed any redirection options. Would you mind to share your use case?

Hi Stefan - Thank you for the quick reply.

Here's my situation:  My users will be submitting requests through the form to redeem loyalty points earned by participating in an offline program.  I would like to show each user their history of requests (list with a filter) above the form.  When the form is submitted I would like to show a confirmation screen with additional text and/or modules.

I know the form writes to the tables and the list is a window into that data - but why should that stop me from redirecting to a confirmation page when the form submits?

Thanks again,
Dan
