I upgraded a site from 02.01.30 (Install package) to 02.01.31 (Source package, Skin Objects installed too). On the page where I had the mini-cart configured, it generates the following error. Any ideas before I roll back?

After debugging, I found out the error is caused when the Store.Components.SymmetricHelper.Decrypt method attempts to decrypt a guid ("3852cc7f-f32c-4e5e-ae39-2b491b631f49") using the TripleDES algorithm. The guid is the CartID stored in a cooke. The value doesn't look encrypted to me: should it be? Is this a configuration issue?
