That must be a problem with the ASP.NET browser capabilites.
If ASP.NET does not recognize the browser it expects the browser to be a legacy browser.
The NAV menu uses this mechanism and renders a simple Unordered list if the browser is not a known browser.

Could one of you visit this page: http://test.timo-design.nl/browsercaps/ with FF 3.6 on Mac OSX.
And post the (Browser Caps) result in this thread?

(it's a page that shows how ASP.NET detects the browser)

I can confirm that this is also a problem in Linux as well. Loads fine in my Chrome for Ubuntu but FireFox for ubuntu it loads in the list.
