I noticed the other day that i can not log in to our site.

If I type in the our web address it brings us to our home page, & then go tp our one side of the site it come up with a page that shows our passwords. I have even tried to go to our smartmail to get our email it wont even pull up. I just get a error message.

Is there a way some one can contact me email & let me know how we can fix this.

Thank You

Mike

You have a public page that is displaying passwords?  That sounds like an intrusive attack not a bug.  You mentioned an error message, what is the message you are getting?

Theoretically, it shouldn't even be possible to do this on a DNN site unless someone wrote, installed and configured a DNN module to do this.  The DNN passwords are encrypted and you need the application to decrypt them.  It's not like they are available in the database tables to be selected and displayed.

Is this a straight DNN website, or is it a combination of DNN and some other type of site?

Im not sure, which one, I am the owner of the business, not the web guy. so it kind of mumble jumbo to me.

More less I need to change my passwords & get the site back up & running. How do I do this? I there someone on here that can help me today?

I have tried to contact DotNetNuke & they are not helpful at all. They keep telling me that I have to upgrade to there pro series, & that I have to post on here in order to get this straighten out. They wont let me speak to someone in tech, nor even try to help. I am not sure what I am paying for & for which I am about to drop them like a rock.
