Note, in our version of the RadEditor make sure you check the path to the CSS file in the DefaultConfig.xml file. Ours was set to: ~/Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/Telerik/Config/EditorOverride.css But should have been: ~/Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/Telerik/EditorOverride.css -s

Anyone know how you go about setting up different styles and editor configurations for different sub-portals?

I'm able to get the Rad Editor configured and the styles to show up in the drop down, but how do I set up different styles for each sub-portal I have installed?

Thanks in advance.

So I've had a similar question on my lips the last few days... (Perhaps Lance can shed light). Is it possible to set a different config for the Rad Editor per portal?

My problem, more specifically, is if you do customize the RadEditor config.xml file and then upgrade DNN, the upgrade includes the config file which will overwrite any custom layout and styles you've set.

My suggestion would be for the core to include the option to customize a config.xml (maybe rad-editor-config.xml?) which would sit in the portal root. If the file exists in the portal root, the editor takes on that config. If not, it uses the default.

If this functionality exists already and I've missed it, let me know...

Anyone else's thoughts..?

I created a wiki article for this content: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/W...

(sorry, no ideas about portal specific settings)
