Upgraded my 5.2.3 DNN install by downloading the install package being careful not to overwright my web.config file

I checked that the file in the BIN directory is current (ie the new one) 

This is the error

I managed to fix this myself.

I needed to update the webconfig file with the lastest asselmbly version in the telrik.ui

In my case I changed

newVersion="2009.3.1104.35

to

newVersion="2010.01.309.35" />
