I have the following code in my site's Stylesheet Editor to set the background color of the bottom pane to a peach color:

.BottomPane  {background-color:#FFCC99;
}

This appears to work while I am logged into DNN 4.02 but when I log out, the color of the bottom pane changes to white.  Is this a bug in DNN 4.02 or am I doing something wrong?  I have used similar script as above to successfully set the background color for the top, left, right, and content panes.  The only way around this problem that I have come up with is to add blank lines to the bottom of my content pane (a kludge).
