can someone tell me what this means and how can I fix it?

'DotNetNuke.Modules.Blog.BlogImport.Private Sub cmdImport_Click(sender As Object, e As System.EventArgs)' is not accessible in this context because it is 'Private'

Are you trying to write your own module against the blog API? Or is that occurring somewhere else?

I run the dnn 5.3 starter kit incase i have any problems before I go live.  When I upgraded the blog from 3.? to 4.0 i got this error.

I am having all kinds of problems with it.  None of the links on my view blog take you to the article.  It just refreshes the page. Can someone help with this?
