I'm running dnn 5.03.01 (pro) with the Teleric RadEditor.   Some of the RadEditor pop-up dialogs do not contain all of their content.

I cannot attach a pic, as the "Telerik Image Manager" is affected by this and cannot be used.
Within the Image Manager  pop-up, the labels, captions and titles are all empty.  No file or folder names are shown.   I can see the toolbars and the insert &b cancel buttons.  I'm guessing the editor can't find it's resources.   Has anyone come across this before or can someone suggest what might be happening. A missing resource file or maybe incorrect config settings ???

The document manager pop-up is also an empty pop-up with insert & cancel buttons.

The basic editor does seem to work ok - if you can guess how to use it but the pop-ups are not usable :o)

Do the Telerik Pop-Up dialogs work at all ???

A bit more testing has revealed that I get exactly the same problem on here, the  DotNetNuke website.  If I am using the Telerik editor to edit a post on this forum and click the "Image Manager" Icon in the Telerik editor.  I am presented with an unusable pop-up with most of the content missing.  The same bug prevents the "Document manager" displaying properly.  Likewise with the "Flash Manager", "Media Manager" and "Template Manager"  in fact, all of them seem to be showing the same pop-up dialog but with a different caption.

What's going on ???? Is this just me or are all the telerik pop-ups faulty ??????

Some feedback PLEASE, is it just me or are these telerik pop-ups broken on www.dotnetnuke.com too !!!!!

Same issue here. Upgrade to 5.4.1 from 5.0.1 and the editor has tabs and buttons with no content. Some advice would be appreciated.

I can replicate this problem - I think it may be to do with languages.
 
 I have a site that has been upgraded many times and is currently at 5.4.1
 Before upgrading I switched the default language from UK to US - previously there had been some issues around this.
 
 Site upgraded with no errors and I turn on the Telerik editor. I switch back to UK as the default but with US still enabled..
 
 When I switch US language off all the text vanishes from Telerik pop-ups and icon rollovers.  Enabling US language "fixes".
 
 Hope this works for you.
 
 I think this may be a bug but its early days with this editor. It looks like a .resx file issue?
