hi for some reason form and list is sending two emails, it is setup as a contact form. Running the latest version... The first emai is HTML and the the second one comes through as expected.

I did not test email notifications with DNN5.4.1. I will run some tests

 I'm having this problem too, but I suspect it may be related to more than just Form and List. Since I upgraded DNN to the current version, I've got another module (Ventrian's NewsArticles) behaving the same way. Sometimes I even get three emails. The one that's formatted correctly goes to Admin and everyone set as a CC address in Form and List; the other email(s), with the crazy HTML, only go to Admin.
