Hi All,

Firstly apologies, if I am posting the issue in wrong forum.

When ever a user is trying to retrieve the password, by clicking on, 'Send Password' (after giving the username), he/she is unable to receive the new password in e-mail. When I logged in as 'Admin' to check the 'Last Password change' for that User, it shows the most recent password retrieval date and time. Please help me in this.

Gratitude to all for anticipated help.

Thanks & Kind regards,
Manjeet

What happens? Do they not receive any emails? Is the email missing the password?

Do you have SMTP configured so that emails can send?

Thank you for quick response.

The users are unable to receive the e-mail.

Kind regards,

Manjeet, does the user get an email at all? If not, you need to validate the sender email address: check user data of the admin user (specified in site settings) having a valid email address.
Besides, this user needs to have permission by your SMTP serve to send emails.
