Greetings All!

OK, I am running Vista Business and I have downloaded the professional version of Visual Studio 2010.  I downloaded version 5.03.01 of the VS starter kit and installed it.  I set my file permissions on all the various folders giving access to the Network Service group/user.  When I try to create a website, I get the can't find Classic.ascx.resx...and about 100 other files error message.  I didn't plan on using IIS, but installed it anyway, including ASP and ASP.NET.  But to no avail.

I have searched every possible combination of queries that I can think of for help, in the forums, yahoo and google, but alas, I am stuck...and frustrated!!!

Thoughts/help is greatly appreciated!

Chris
