Hi,

I have created a form and awarded the permission for create record in module setting for "Form and List". It come up good in Admin side but without session the same page throws error
A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

There are two exceptions on backend, ModuleLoadException

I am using the latest DNN versions and default module versions along with the same. Please help.

It looks like your tables might be having an issue and missing a field or a constraint.  The best way i know how to deal with tables issues is to make a clean install of dotnetnuke with all your modules installed.   Then use a database comparison software.  You can find many of them online.    The only time i have experienced this error is when my tables had issues.
