Hello
every time i want to load my web site , i open visual studio 2010 , open my web site project , then i go to the default.aspx and i click on view in browser or i debug , a port is opened but the problem is that a lot of times i get the dnn installation page on the browser
help plzzzz

I think you're not setting up database connection correctly. As a rule this problem appear in this case.

You can find a lot of installation tutorials (for example, http://www.bestwebsites.co.nz/dotnetnuke/easy-dotnetnuke-installation-guide/). If you already set up your dnn website, you'll need to check the existing db connection.
