Upgraded to 05.04.02 from 05.04.01 using the version upgrade files found at:
http://dotnetnuke.codeplex.com/releases/view/45478

The upgrade worked great.

Problem is when logged on as host, and go to module definitions, there is now no way to add new modules.
The upload option is missing at the bottom of the page.

Go to the very bottom of the Module Definition page, or on the Host Menu>Extensions tab.

Very sorry, for some reason it was not showing up.
I had cleared the cache and all of the local files yet still the upload was not showing.

Finally I went to module definitions from the icon menu from the host page and then everything showed up.
Very weird but its working just fine now.

Very aware thank you.

It was just some sort of short term glitch on my server end.

DNN is still amazing.
