It was one of the things on the to-do list after every dnn update: edit the fck config file and add the standard Khmer fonts. It worked and my Khmer content editors were happy with the results.

But with version 5.4.x (I skipped 5.4.0 because I had not yet understood how web.cfg had to be modified for the new telerik) telerik comes as editor. I've been looking through all telerik files for a list of fonts, but it seems to be hidden in the dll. Could you tell me if there is a file wher I can define fonts?

Alternatively, is there a way to switch back to fck?

Hi Marc, To use the FCK Editor, change the following line in your Web.config file: <htmlEditor defaultProvider="FckHtmlEditorProvider">

Thanks. My Khmer fonts are back and my staff is happy.

I'd still like to find out the other option. There must be a way to add fonts to Telerik.

I have tried adding the following line to Telerik's ConfigDefault.xml:
<property name="FontNames">Arial,Comic Sans MS,Courier New,Tahoma,Times New Roman,Verdana,Khmer OS,Khmer OS Battambang,Khmer OS Bokor,Khmer OS Freehand,Khmer OS Metal Chrieng,Khmer OS Muol;Khmer OS Muol Light,Khmer OS Siem Reap</property>

This does not work: they come as one singel item in the font list: the comma as delimiter does not work here...

(sigh)...back to fck

You would change the fonts in the toolsfile.xml rather than the ConfigDefault.xml.  At least that is the way is works when you use the Telerik provider.  I'm guessing it works the same with the DNN provider.  You can go to Telerik's website to get more info.
