I backed up and downloaded my DNN 5.1 site in an effort to get it running on my windows 7 pro laptop with SQL express 2008  I successfully restored the database and got everythign set up properly, but my hosted site is using SQL Server 2005, and I am having an issue switching it to use Express.  I don't understand the connection strings - i.e. database.mdf in the APPS_Data folder.  I googled and tried various strings, but I just can't connect.  Can someone explain the settings under both the connectionstrings and appsettings in web.config?

attach database in your local sql express and continue using same syntax as before (you might need to adopt login credentials).
