When I select "Load Permissions of Forum" to copy permissions settings from one forum to another, user-level security settings are not loaded, only role-based. Can this feature be added please?

In the interim, is there a way I can accomplish this in a SQL script?

The forum Type and forum Behavior are not set for you, instead of updating via SQL (which can be dangerous) it might be easiest to just manually update the forums.

Hi Chris,
I set the type and behavior when I create the forum. What I want to do is copy the security settings from an existing forum to a new one. But user-level permissions are not copied over when I use the "Load Permissions of Forum" feature, only role-based permissions. For reasons I'd rather not get into here, I am not using roles in the forum.

I see what you mean now Vin. I'll log it in CodePlex for a future enhancement.
