What is that namespace from? did you add custom code to DNN?

I am getting the error message when I try to build the DNN website in Visual Studio. The error points to the following files \DesktopModules\XSDocumentLibrary\Components\FileUploader\NeatUpload\UploadStateStoreHandler.ashx
Inside the file is a single declaration:
<%@ WebHandler Language="C#" Class="Brettle.Web.NeatUpload.UploadStateStoreHandler" %>

Also, I just noticed that there is no code-behind file for this class. Is that the problem?

I am also having this issue.  I would like to develop with DNN using a Web Site Project.  The project runs fine until after I run through the install wizard.  Then it installs some DesktopModules that make the project thereafter not build.
