I have developed a module that uses UpdatePanels that contain a button to trigger an update/refresh. On my development environment all works OK (Vista, DNN 05.02.03). When I move the site to a production server (W2003, DNN 05.02.03) the refresh buttons no longer work. However, if  I experiment and remove the UpdatePanels then the pages work OK (albeit with a total page refresh happening as you would expect).

I would appreciate any thoughts or ideas on this. Is it possibly related to Ajax?

Could you give me some clues as to what I should be checking. I know I have the same version of DNN installed on both environments but beyond that I am not sure what to check to establish whether both have the same Ajax stuff.
