Hello
Is there a way to make the User Management and Role Management modules that are available under the Admin menu available to other roles other then just the DNN's Admin role? I have a role of "Project Administrator" in my portal. I want this group to be able to manage their own users and roles.

Is there a way of doing this? I bought a 3rd party module to help in this, but it has been a pain. Would rather just make available the core modules.
Thanks
Harold

Check out Effority.net. They have modules to do what you need, User Accounts & Security Roles. I have been using them on an intranet site so that staff doesn't have to deal with the admin interface. You just include the modules on a page and set the appropiate view & edit rights. Works great!

It's possible to add the core user and role management modules to non-admin pages, but this is somewhat of a security risk because you can't configure it to be limited to certain users and/or roles. If you want it completely open, then you simply need to change the IsAdmin column in the DesktopModules table. Then, you'll be able to add the module to any page. Like I said, this is a security risk, tho.
