HI,
How can I create a link to an external ftp account using the DNN USERNAME as a parameter?
Something like ftp://193.xxx.xx.xx:2121/[USERS:Username]

The DNN username and the ftp account name are the same.

This would even be OK if I got it to work using a simple link in a TEXT/HTML module

Thanks very much in advance
Leif

We don't have token replacement in IFrame. This is basically what you'd need to do.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply but I don't understand what to do. Did a part of the answer disappear ?

Thanks

Leif

You will need to user Text/HTML module and create a link there using token replacement. Just like your example URL, but make sure to use a valid token.

For more info, you can search token replacement posts.
