Looking for a Language Selection module that allows for Flags & external links, as the Chinese version of the site is a seperate site all together.  Is there such a module?

ALSO... how do I determine what the existing DNN version is that installed and if its compatible with a new module.  I believe the site is several years old 4+.

to check the version of the site, you need to login as superuser ("host" by default) and get the number from Host Settings in Host menu. The languageSelector skin object included since ~ DNN 4.8.0 supports flags, but does change the ASP.Net culture, not a redirect. you simply may place the chinese flag in your skin behind the others, linking to the dedicated site
