Hi I have one site with having Gallery Installed on it. I have created few albums on that and all is working as expected. But then I have added my project to SVN and now I can see the ".SVN" album in my gallery.

Will you please let me know how to hide this from the gallery?

Many Thanks,
Rakesh.

Gallery will recognize any folder (other than _source or _thumb) beneath the gallery root folder (by default being Portals\<PortalID>\Gallery\<ModuleID>\) as a child album so I am not surprised that it sees the .SVN folder as such.  Other than modifying the Gallery source code which builds the album/file tree (in Folder.vb) I don't know of any way to prevent that behavior.

Unless you have a very good reason to have the gallery folders under source control I would think it best to exclude them from such so that the .SVN folders are not created within the gallery.

I use svn as well, but most modules have no need to be under source control (unless you're modifying the source of course). You can save the installs of different versions so you can always roll back, but I don't find a need to add the module to svn. You can just tell svn to ignore that folder.
