I've looked at the Minimal Extropy menu.css in DNN 5.4.  For third level pages, the corresponding menu items "fly out" to the right.

After trying to duplicate that behavior in a client's skin, I find that the flyout is in different places for different browsers (ie6 is dead for this project).  In Chrome, it appears unacceptably far away from the parent second level menu item.

Fortunately (or not), my client wants instead to simply indent the third level menu items in the same visual list as the second level.  Is this possible?  The third level items would appear at the same time in the same drop down as the second level during rollover on the first level.
