Hi guys,

When upgrading module, I know how to remove the files which will be unnecessary and should be deleted in the upgrading process. Yesh, you can define it in the configurable file xx.xx.txt, like our 01.05.txt, where we define DesktopModules\YourModule\Styles\img\xit.gif for deleting the file xit.gif.  But sometimes we would like to delete the folder img instead of some specific files in that folder. How to deal with it? Appreciated any helps. Thanks a lot.

Kind Regards
Baldwin

If the XX.XX.txt file doesn't work for deleting a folder you can try using the IUpgradeable interface that DNN provides to perform filesystem tasks in your code.

Yeah, I know it can be done with implement the interface but we assume there should be a elegant way to deal with it in the xx.xx.txt. Always hope any great advice. Thanks a lot.
