I got the feeling that the original poster was trying to set this up for his client, DNNShop would be something that I think would be doing what he wanted to get paid for.  :)

Though it's a decent option, if you're in Europe.

I guess maybe i didn't make it clear. I have built online stores with shoppings carts everything in .net thats not the issue. I'm just asking a very simple question of can i build a template with a common layout look, feel, and function, with tools for not technical people to make changes? I have evaluated joomla and durpal they seem to do this but I want to use .net because the client as a .net person on staff. Jeff Thanks for your help in answering my questions i should have some time to build a VM this weekend and test dNN.
