Did you set the website administrator under Site Settings / Other to be the client's account? I have had this happen on a few occasions when going live and found that has resolved it for me.

Hi Nina, Yeah everything is set to the administrator account but I know that it uses the email address for the privacy page etc.. So this is on my checklist to change. So I have ensured that it was using the users domain name not mine.. but you did point something out to me, I am running the site in a multi portal (child) and I forgot to change the accounts there, so problem solved. Thanks once again Nina, the DNN God. Cheers
