Hi, I'm new to dnn and i'm having problems with the module containers.
If i work in edit mode, the container applied to the module looks fine, but when i switch to view mode the container style it's not applied to the module.
if i create a new html module and leave it blank and set the container for this module, strangely works and i can view the module container.
i'm using the  05.04.04 version

anyone can help please?
thanks

In the module settings for the module be sure that the Display Container checkbox is checked, otherwise the container will only display in EDIT mode

Hi chris, thanks for the reply.
i see that, but if i do not want to display the container title in view mode what i can do?
obviously if i leave empty the title works, but for me and for the admin portal is usefull to view the module title.

Thanks in advance,

Hi Ruben,

I don't believe it's possible to have a title that only appears in edit mode using the default DNN skins & containers.

It wouldn't be too difficult to achieve though with a slightly customised container. A bit of code in a code behind file that sets the title control .Visible property to DotNetNuke.Common.Globals.IsEditMode should work.

Rhys
