I have modified the MinimalExtropy theme to create my own. I have an issue when I add a background color or image to my containers. When I scroll the page at the same points on the screen the container background disappears as I scroll and once I scroll past a certain point it reappears. It is as if there is white space bars that I cannot see and when the background moves over them, it starts to disappear.

I am using IE8 and have it running in compatibilty mode. Just tried it without compatibility mode and works ok. Tried it in Firefox and its ok. Seems to be an IE problem?

Hi Leslie,

Have you confirmed that your HTML and CSS are valid, http://validator.w3.org/ and http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/ are extremely useful tools, although don't get too hung up on getting a perfect result - just focus on the areas you're working on to begin with.
