I have a FnL module setup on a hidden page that contains the list of records.  Sort of the master listing.

Then I have three different pages that reference the same FnL but they filter based on a category.  Each module has its own settings (ie: Show Container) but it shares the same Module Title.   I would like a different Module Title for each instance because I want the title appearing at the top of my container.

Am I doing something wrong or is this how it works when using the FnL module?

It is not a limitation of the Form and List module, this limitation is valid for any module. The good news is that DNN5.5 will move module titel from Modules to TabModulules, The change is required to support the upcoming multi language features, though it will also help for your issue.

Is there a way to interject the Page name into the Module Title.  Like $(Page_Name).

This would be solved by skinning of the Container.
