Hello everyone,
I open Recycle Bin, select a file (the file name is: Home - Skin Editor) in Modules window and by accidence, I hit Restore button.  I think it is ok, but when I review the page, I see and error message saying:

Unhandled error loading module.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Cannot locate ContentPane for Skin

I look everywhere for the file I just restore, but cannot find it.

Please give me a hand to solve this problem.
Thank you!

Hi Dan,

I think your module "Home - Skin Editor" was placed in "ContentPane" Pane in the page, and now that the pane "ContentPane" doesn't exists anymore so you got that error. The fix could be to put <div id="ContentPane" runat="server"></div> on the page where the error is occured temporarily. Then the module you restored will appear, then you can delete the module again, and then remove the pane.

Greetings Everybody,

I am hiting the same problem: How to remove module from page, when skin does not have required placeholder.
OK, its possible to use described workaround, but I would like to know whether there is a more comfortable way how to achieve the same. For example I am missing some kind of "used moules list", where can we see all modules added to page/pages.

Is there way how to see and manage all used modules?
Any help would be appreciated

Thank You,

Alsh
