i am using windows 7 64 bit. I installed IIS 7 but when i run DNN at my localhost the error is:

( Failed to generate a user instance of SQL Server due to failure in retrieving the user's local application data path. Please make sure the user has a local user profile on the computer. The connection will be closed.)

Plz help me as soon as possible and tell which Database softwares should i install at windows 7 64 bit.

You need SQL 2005 or 2008, you can even use Express version (which are free). Once it is setup, you can then configure your connection string properly. FYI: I use 64 bit Windows 7 for deployment and development, not an issue at all.

Try to change for 'User Instance' property (it is in connection string, see web.config file) to false.
