Modules not lining up properly, module titles appeared out of nowhere

Overnight, our website changed and I can't figure out what happened. The module titles all appeared where before they were blank, and then even when I delete the text in them the space is still there. I want to include a screenshot but the image manager in this window isn't working properly. I can email a screenshot to anyone who wants to see what I'm on about. Where can I fix this?

This problem has occurred across all modules. I'm running 5.4.1. I need help asap please.

Hi Sebastian, no CSS or JS has been edited. I'll try to restart the application. If I restart the ap from the host portal, but I'm not at the physical machine it's hosted on, will it restart automatically? Thanks.

Jacob, restart from Host :: Host Settings should be sufficient
