Hi,
I'm testing DNN 5.5 and I'm evaluating which changes my modules needs to support content localication.
Can you give me any suggestions ? Which portion of DNN solution you suggest me to see ?

thanks.
Alberto

Alberto, AFAIK there is no specific ML support for module developers in the current version, where all pages get multiplied per language and also the module instances on it. Lateron, there might be a support for modules, which don't need content localization (like a feedback form), substituting multiple instances with multiple references to a single instance, same for multilingual modules.

Cheers from Germany,

Hi Leopold,
I need to know if the current architecture of ML in DNN is definitive.
In other words, content localization will be supported ONLY "as per page copy" ..it's right ?
So, if I have 250 page in my portal and I need to support 3 languages, my installation will contains 250x3 pages (if each page contains different contents)

Can you corfim that ?
thanks
Alberto

Sebastian is correct - as we use a multiple page/module model, individual modules don't have to do anything. We're preparing a few blogs to explain why we choose that model (pro's vs con's), and some of our thoughts on future enhancements (post 5.5 release). Once they're up I'll update this thread.
