So when I try installing a new module regardless of module I get an error, as to which appears that has not installed at least into the module list (drop down list)

Here is what I get

Error loading files from temporary folder - see below

---Snippet start ---
Info Creating backup of previous version - module.css
Info Created - module.css
Info Resource Files created
Info Component installed successfully - ResourceFile
Failure ExceptionSystem.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary. at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowKeyNotFoundException() at System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2.get_Item(TKey key) at DotNetNuke.Services.EventQueue.EventQueueController.GetSubscribers(String eventName) at DotNetNuke.Services.EventQueue.EventQueueController.SendMessage(EventMessage message, String eventName) at DotNetNuke.Services.Installer.Installers.ModuleInstaller.Commit() at DotNetNuke.Services.Installer.Installers.PackageInstaller.Commit() at DotNetNuke.Services.Installer.Installers.PackageInstaller.Install() at DotNetNuke.Services.Installer.Installer.InstallPackages() at DotNetNuke.Services.Installer.Installer.Install()
Info Deleted temporary install folder
EndJob Installation Failed
---Snippet End ---

The above is with the NBstore's latest release here is the thread over there that discusses this issue as I am not alone
http://nbstore.codeplex.com/Thread/View.aspx?ThreadId=208745

Now this does not just apply to NBstore but any module, for example when upgrading my HTML module failed so I tried to upgrade it mannually via the DNN installer
So I tried to apply 'HTML_Community_05.04.03_Install.zip' and once more same result 'Error loading files from temporary folder - see below' and then at the end I see:

---Snippet start ---
Info Processing Cleanup File - 5.4.3
Info Completed Processing of Cleanup File - 5.4.3
Info Component installed successfully - Cleanup
Failure ExceptionSystem.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary. at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowKeyNotFoundException() at System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2.get_Item(TKey key) at DotNetNuke.Services.EventQueue.EventQueueController.GetSubscribers(String eventName) at DotNetNuke.Services.EventQueue.EventQueueController.SendMessage(EventMessage message, String eventName) at DotNetNuke.Services.Installer.Installers.ModuleInstaller.Commit() at DotNetNuke.Services.Installer.Installers.PackageInstaller.Commit() at DotNetNuke.Services.Installer.Installers.PackageInstaller.Install() at DotNetNuke.Services.Installer.Installer.InstallPackages() at DotNetNuke.Services.Installer.Installer.Install()
Info Deleted temporary install folder
EndJob Installation Failed
---Snippet End ---

Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers

there seem to be some metadata issue in your installation, did you encounter issues during previous upgrades?

I actually did my install of dnn of 5. 1 for this site in question, and have had no need to upgrade it until today, so no upgrades have been performed its a pretty clean install.

there must be a problem in the metadata, the error states a missing event subscriber, but only a review of the source code may provide additional hints, where to search for the issue.
