Hi,

Does anyone know of a module to allows customers to "contact us" and ask for more information etc?

Have you tried the DotNetNuke Feedback module? The current version is 4.03.00 but a much enhanced version 05.00.01 is also available as a release candidate. This later version is now undergoing testing via the DotNetNuke release tracker process. Note that the later version required DotNetNuke framework 5.02.03 or later.
