Hi,

Just wondering if someone could answer my questions:

1. Are these forums ready for the DNN 4.0 version?

2. Is this module well tested so that we could set up for our clients?

3. Are there any major differences listed anywhere between active forum and this forum.

4. Is the forum extensible, If we have requirements which are not implemented in these forums, can we easily develop them.

5. Is the module free, will it continue to be free.

Thanks,

NP

1. Yes, these forums run in DotNetNuke 4.0.2 and 4.0.3

2. As with anything, you need to test it for yourself. We have been using it on here and yes there are some bugs but most are not seen from a user perspective.

3. Active forums offer a better priority support system because afterall you do get what you pay for.

4. This is all up to your developers. I haven't seen many customizations of this module but I have seen some. The code itself is pretty well structured.

5. This module will always be free.
