I am using DotNetNuke 5.4.4 and just upgraded my user online module to 5.1.0 from the older Version.

Just after the upgrade the users online module is showing just over 6000 registered users were before the upgrade I had over 7000 registered users.

Why is that? can anyone help me PLEASE?

Please take easy when you explain as my developer is away on holidays for the next 3 weeks BUT I am sort of Ok with DotNetNuke and I can easily follow instructions and advice.

Thanks for your time

check out users in admin menu. in the A-Z there is an option for unauthenticated users, which used before to be included in the number and is now (correctly, IMHO) not included any longer. Please validate, this meets your situation.

Thank you very much for responding.
Unfortunately, i couldn't find how to amend it and my developer is away for three weeks.
Would you be so kind to give me simple instructions for me to follow so i can amend it?
How do I validate it??

Thank you for your time
