I am having an issue where I want to delete an old skin package but it is currently in use on a page somewhere on our site. I have gone through many of the pages on our site, and am yet to find which is the offending page. Is there any quick way of finding out which skins are applied to where on a site? Any help would be great.

Michael

Hi Michael,

Have you emptied your DNN recycle bins - any pages/containers in there may still be using your skin?

If so, then have a look through the dbo.Tabs and dbo.TabModules tables in the SkinSrc and ContainerSrc columns - you should be able to filter for your skin (i.e. SkinSrc like '%MySkinName%') then work out where it's being used.

Regards,
Rhys

Thanks Rhys,

I emptied the Recycle Bin as it had a couple of pages that could have been causing the issue. I then went through dbo.Tabs and dbo.TabModules and there are a very large number of modules using one container in particular which might also be causing the issue. Can I just edit the ContainerSrc within dbo.TabModules and change them all to a new container without causing any issues?

Thanks for your help.

Michael
